So for context, I've been getting out with this boy since 3 to 4 months and he is very shy. Like, I didn't know it was possible to be more shy than me, but he is (and I'm so flattered he managed to find the courage to tell me he loved me). But because of the fact that we are both very shy, the relationship is really slow (which isn't necessarly a bad thing ! It's our 1st love for both of us, so I'm rather happy he's not rushing me... But I feel clueless so often.) I think he doesn't want to make me feel uncomfortable, but he doesn't make a lot of "moves" and I don't know when he's okay to do things (I took forever to gather the courage to grab his hand, it's so silly). And so, I don't know when is the right time to kiss him. I don't even know if he wants to kiss me, but I guess so ? Maybe he's not ready, but also it wouldn't surprise me if he just doesn't dare to ask ? I don't doubt the fact that he loves me, I just think we are both too shy for our own good and kind of dumb when it comes to make the other comfortable. Does that make sense ? And does anyone have an advice ?

You don't say how old you are, which may be significant.
My advice is to concentrate on the friendship. Get to know him, do things together, relax and enjoy life. You'll know when the time is right for anything else.
