1. It's not always 'what you do'; sometimes it's 'the way you do it'. For example, I honestly can't see why you didn't approach X or Q right back when this all started, rather than 'become depressed and reclusive over it', and leaving ALL your friends because two are no longer friendly does seem a slight overreaction.
2. We all get to pick our friends; you don't seem to be very good at it. But it's never too late to learn.
3. Friendship goes two ways.
4. If you understand that you have mental health issues, then you also understand that you should get help for those issues. You say you're prone to depression, and you also have anxiety issues (the two often go together). Stop worrying about your ex-friends, that's the past. It's gone. Take care of yourself.
