My Bestie and my crush dated for about a week. It was a simple text relationship. They broke up until my crushs b-day when he allowed to date in a month. My friend is regretting getting back with him after that, which makes me unsure of what to do. All I want is for him to ask me out but I don't want to hurt my friends feelings or get myself into something I shouldn't, but I really want to date him. Please Help

A lot depends on how sensible your friend is, and why they split up.
For example, if she's still dreaming about him - or thinks she has rights on him forever - then you may have to choose between your dreams and your friendship.
On the other hand, if their relationship is over, and she is mature enough to accept that, then she would likely say 'Go Girl'.
So talk to her. And also ask yourself "is he really worth it, or is this all just a bit silly". I'm not saying it is. But I am saying it might be. Only you can know.

'They broke up until my crushs b-day when he allowed to date in a month'
I just read that 3 times and I am not sure what it means. He allowed himself to date after a month? They started dating again after a month?

Is your crush interested in you at all, or is he only interested in your friend?
If your friend is regretting getting back together with him, have you talked to her about your interest in him?
You really need to talk to her if you are concerned about how dating your crush would affect your friendship...that's the only way you'll know for sure.
