Why is it everytime that I'm interested in someone and I find them atractive and I want to have a relationship with them at the beggining and then when they catch feelings I push them away and don't want anything with them

Is it about not trusting them - or not believing in yourself?
Think about what's gone before ... have you been hurt in relationships? Let down?
Or do you have low self respect / self esteem and fear letting them down?
Those two are the likeliest; but it maybe something else, and you haven't said enough to suggest which. But behaviours are (largely) learned; what taught you to avoid commitment?
