She has no duty to you, because she is neither your servant or your property. You really need to get your head around that.
If you are capable of lowering your expectations and dropping some of your assumptions about her, then I see no reason why you cannot be friends. That is, you can be friends with who she is, not friends with who you think she ought to be.

I think she sees me as a sister rather than a friend, therefore taking me for granted because she expects that I'll always be around like family who love you unconditionally. And I do, we are like sisters, I'll never stop loving her or worrying about her but I think I've stopped liking her as a person.
