What should i do

I've been seeing that guy for three weeks now. We kinda clicked, started talking, we have a lot of fun together. However, despite him saying that he "hates having his girl pay for him", he does ask a lot from me. Can u buy this drink for my brother, buy me this, let's go to my football match but pay for the ride back and forth,I need to go there can you pay for my ride, etc. I just feel like he is using me. I am an overthinker. But I think that those thoughts might be valid. I never asked anything from him, and the most he bought me was a drink. What should I do? He says he'll pay me back later, cause he hates it when I pay for him. But I just feel like he's using me. I wouldn't have minded if it was later on in the relationship, but I feel like it's a little early to ask many things from me. What do you think? Should I carry on a little to see if the pattern changes?
