Hello i am 15 yr old male and i am currently dating a girl who is 17 and from what i know there is no laws against that but my mother keeps trying to break us up and threatens to call the police on her becuase she doesnt wanna get in trouble even though it isnt illegal to date yet but when my gf turns 18 how big of a deal is it if we dont show pda or do any sexual contact can we still get in trouble for just dating and can we get in trouble if someone says they think we are haveing sex will they believe the person even if there is no proof? And my gf is illegal immagrant if that makes things worse if the cops are called and her family is too

The law varies, depending where you are.
But in most countries, having sex with a minor is illegal, so your relationship will become a major problem once she is 18.
If she is an illegal immigrant, then she is crazy to draw attention to herself in this way - and if you care about her, you are crazy to encourage this. This won't end well, will it?

We live in wisconsin. And what about if we dont have any sexual contact but someone says we are will they take there word for it even if there is no proof?

If an accusation is made, she may be arrested. And her family may be deported.
Whether it's proven or not comes second, but circumstantial evidence can build a strong case. What else would a 15 year old boy be doing with an 18 year old woman?
